Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Searcha Studio provides digital services and audits that require time and manual work to deliver.
Once work on an audit or package has commenced, refunds are not available.
If you have made a purchase in error or believe there has been an issue with delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase at sarah@searchastudio.com so we can review the request.
Refund requests are assessed on a case by case basis prior to work commencing.
